I work at the intersection of maritime infrastructure, capital markets, and institutional innovation. My graduate research at Cal Poly Maritime Academy examined how governance architecture relates to sovereign and institutional capital.

Professionally, I’ve spent 10+ years leading transformation initiatives across complex organizations, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, standing up new systems, and translating strategy into execution for impact capital, public sector, and nonprofit finance institutions. I bring both operator discipline and policy/finance fluency to enhance maritime, fintech, and infrastructure organizations build solutions that move real capital.
