Guiding Principles

1. Purpose Before Product
Every system I build starts with why. Tech and entrepreneurship strategies are only powerful when they’re in service of real human needs.

2. Build Bridges, Not Silos
I work cross-functionally and across sectors, to break down barriers between capital, policy, people, data, and design.

3. Iterate with Intention
Great systems aren’t perfect — they evolve. I believe in testing early, learning fast, and growing with grace.

4. Rooted in Reality
Solutions must reflect the lived experiences of those most impacted. I center voices closest to the problem in every process.

5. Automate to Empower
I use automation to free up time, reduce burnout, and make space for creativity and strategy, not to replace people, but to support them.

6. Systems Shape Stories (and Vice Versa)
Whether building a workflow or a narrative, I see strategy and storytelling as two sides of the same coin. One informs the other.

7. Equity is a Design Principle
I don’t treat inclusion as an afterthought, it’s embedded from the start. Equity shapes how I prioritize, measure, and implement.
